Mop, Squeegee & Tele-pole Kit

The Window Mop, Squeegee and Tele-pole kit, also known as traditional equipment.
The Window Mop (comprising the T-Bar & Cover) is used to soap the window, and thereafter the Window Squeegee (comprising the Handle & Channel) is used to dry off the windows. Both the Window Mop and the Window Squeegee push-fit onto the tapered plastic cone on the top of the aluminium tele-pole – allowing you to reach the higher windows.
As a guideline – the kit with the 4.5m tele-pole is adequate to reach the upstairs windows of a standard double-storey property – where the ground around it is flat. If the property were on a sloping stand – then the kit with the 6m tele-pole would be more suitable.
Should the properties that you wish to clean have windows higher than a standard double storey then you will require the kit with either the 6m or 8m tele-pole.
These kits are suitable for cleaning both external and internal windows.
The available tele-poles range from 2.5m up to 8.0m.

Portable Water-Fed pole Kits

These kits featuring the ECOLITE FG RED POLES are available in four sizes and come complete with LITE-5 durable pole hose, bonded collar and 150mm adjustable angle adaptor as standard, and come equipped with a jetted brush and pole hose connector.

The kits include a 7lt resin filter (which cleans the tap water as it flows through it) – as well as hose and connectors to plug into a standard garden hose.
If you want to wash glass and end up with perfectly clean windows, all the minerals must be filtered out of the tap water giving you what is called “Pure Water”.
The resin used in the residential kit effectively removes these dissolved solids in the tap water and produces pure water. The volume of pure water produced from one fill of resin depends on your local water quality. (On average – one fill of resin will do about 20 cleans of an average size 3-bedroomed house)
These kits are suitable for external window cleaning only.

ELIMINATING POLE SPIN ONCE AND FOR ALL
The STREAMLINE® OVA8® carbon fibre telescopic poles are designed with ‘oval’ profile sections, allowing for zero pole spin and reducing the wear of the sections from the pole clamps.
Available in several different sizes, with numerous adapters and pole extensions, makes the STREAMLINE® OVA8® one of the best water-fed poles on the market to date!
Pole stress –
When designing an anti-rotational oval shaped pole, it was discovered that an additional feature was provided – stiffness.
The two flat sides of the OVA-8 telescopic pole add more stability and therefore more control for the operator, a huge “safety” plus. Any experienced operative will tell you how dangerous and annoying a spinning pole section is. These flat sides will cancel out that “whipping effect” either from moving a pole at height from one window to another, or ‘bouncing off the glass’ motions. Operators will be more productive and work safer – both for themselves and others around them.
Hand ergonomics –
Holding any item in the hand for long periods can be painful. The OVA-8 design combines two flat sides. These sit more comfortably in an operator’s hand and allow the tips of their fingers to sit on the flat edge.
It’s been found that handling an OVA-8 pole requires less grip to control the pole, either from pushing it up and down, or from firmly holding the base section to move the pole to the next window.
Anti-rotational pole sections – Our no.1 goal – NO SPIN!
Arriving at the final oval shape was not easy, as many other shapes had failed (round, square, hexagon, octagon, and lobe) in one area of design or another, so designing the right shape had to provide more than one feature of anti-spin.
Eliminating the rotational spin of the pole section around the clamp area results in less wear of the pole material. Also, because of the anti-spin pole section, our OVA-8 oval clamps work less due to only having to prevent the pole sections from moving up or down.
